Culinary Demos - I will demonstrate your food or kitchen product to the public at any location - stores, fairs, events, trade shows, etc.  I’ve been doing professional culinary demos for several years for some of the biggest companies.

Recipe Testing and Development - I will test recipes or kitchen related products for cookbooks, product development, or publications.  I am a professional chef with several years of recipe testing and development experience.

In-Home Interactive Dinner Parties - For clients that would like to entertain friends and family in a fun and tasty cooking class, everyone gets involved in the process of making a full course dinner menu then you and your guests sit and enjoy your labors while we clean-up.

Cooking Classes - Taught either hands-on or demo style for individuals or small groups.  This is a great way to learn new techniques and recipes in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
